The community
Aurora doesn't open up land like this very often, and almost never this far inside the established part of town.
Montara sits in one of Aurora's older, quieter pockets, where the streets were laid out long before the subdivisions to the north went up. Mature trees, wide frontages, and the grounds of Magna Golf Club along the far edge of the site.
Treasure Hill is building a refined collection here — contemporary architecture, interiors specified rather than upgraded, and the finish quality the builder has carried through twenty years of GTA communities. Homes start from $799,900.
Everything you'd want within reach is already established: schools with a track record, the Aurora Community Centre, Wellington's retail strip, the GO line, and the 404 a couple of minutes west.
Why register now
Pre-launch registrants get the floorplans, the price list and the worksheet window before any of it goes public. On a site this size that difference is usually the difference between choosing a lot and taking what's left.
